Privacy Policy for RetroStack

1. Information Collection and Use

To enhance your experience, RetroStack provides optional Cloud Sync features. If you choose to register an account, sign up, or log in, we collect the following personal and gameplay information:

• Personal Identifiers: Email address and password (for secure profile creation and authentication).
• Gameplay Data: High scores, level progress, star balances, unlocked themes, and power-up inventories.

This data is securely transmitted to and stored on external cloud databases (configured via Firebase/Google Cloud Services) to enable safe cross-device backup, profile restoration, and progress synchronization.

2. Account Security & Data Retention

Your login credentials are protected using industry-standard secure hashing. Gameplay progress data is retained on our cloud servers as long as your account remains active. You can request the complete deletion of your account and associated cloud data at any time by contacting us directly (see Section 6).

3. In-App Purchases & Payments

The App offers optional virtual items (such as Stars used for purchasing boosters or visual themes) via Google Play In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing). All financial transactions and payment card processing are managed entirely and securely through Google Play. We do not receive, store, or have access to any of your credit card or financial details.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Transmission

To provide reliable gameplay mechanics and secure online cloud capabilities, the App utilizes trusted third-party SDKs provided by Google. All network traffic containing account authentication and database entries is fully encrypted in transit.

• Google Play Services (to facilitate game licensing and updates)
• Google Play Billing (to process secure in-app star purchases)
• Google Firebase / Cloud database (for secure sign-in authorization and gameplay cloud synchronization)

5. Children's Privacy

RetroStack does not knowingly collect or store personal information from children under the age of 13.

6. Account Deletion Rights & Contact Us
